Shipping

All products are processed for shipment on the Monday following the time the order is placed.  We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Shipping costs are calculated during order processing prior to your completing the checkout process.

Guarantees / Returns

Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and are warranted to perform as described. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it unused within (30) days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
 
Returns occurring between 31 days and 90 days of receipt are subject to a $50 re-stocking fee.  The refund will exclude the re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
 
Returns are not accepted after 90 days unless for defects in materials or workmanship.
 
If our product should happen to show any sign of defect in materials or workmanship within the first 24 months after receipt, please contact us for replacement information.
